District Attorney Steven Wolfson said in a Friday press conference in Las Vegas that Duane “Keefe D” Davis has been indicted on one count of murder with the use of a deadly weapon in connection with the deadly 1996 drive-by shooting of U.S. rapper Tupac Shakur. “Tupac Shakur is a music legend… [He] was actually quoted as saying, ‘Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside while still alive. Never surrender.’ Well, we didn’t surrender,” Wolfson said.
