City audit leaves unanswered questions into southeast Valley Line LRT delays

An audit into the Valley Line LRT project has found the city procured partners fairly and transparently and designed contracts that protected the city financially. But, as Slav Kornik reports, the audit didn’t look into the cause of the southeast Valley Line delays.
