Canada has expelled a top Indian diplomat amid intelligence that suggests India was behind the killing of a high-profile Sikh leader in B.C., Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly said in Ottawa on Monday. “We’ve been clear we will not tolerate any form of foreign interference,” Joly said. “We expect India’s full collaboration to make sure we get to the bottom of this.”
