In an update on Monday, Lt. Col. George Bivens of the Pennsylvania State Police urged the public to check security cameras as well as keep buildings and vehicles locked in the ongoing manhunt for escaped murderer Danelo Souza Cavalcante, who “crab-walked” out of jail 11 days earlier. Bivens also asked the public to contact authorities immediately with information that may be relevant to the case.
