A New Brunswick town has passed a by-law that could place distributors at risk of receiving fines for handing out flyers to uninterested residents. As Nathalie Sturgeon reports, the people of Quispamsis, N.B. can now place a sign in their yard to opt out of receiving advertising flyers.
