Ontario Premier Doug Ford said Tuesday that the province would launch a review of the controversial Greenbelt land swaps that two provincial watchdogs have criticized as “rushed” and “flawed.” He said a non-partisan facilitator would review the 15 sites originally selected to be removed from protected Greenbelt to make way for housing development.
