Bières et Saveurs de Chambly’s 20th anniversary proves Quebec’s craft beer and spirits scene is booming

Thousands of Quebecers descended onto Fort Chambly’s national historical site on Sunday to taste and celebrate the best of Quebec’s brews and flavours. Bières et Saveurs de Chambly has grown from a couple dozen exhibitors in 2002 to 110 this year, offering over 1,000 craft beers, ciders and spirits. Gloria Henriquez was there for the festive Labour Day weekend event.
