Quebec has pledged to ban cellphones from every class in the province except when the devices are being used for learning activities. The education minister made the announcement Wednesday morning. A similar ban is already in Place in Ontario. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, while some are against the idea, others think the new rules should be even stricter.
