B.C. wildfires: People who lost homes could face major hurdles in efforts to rebuild

Those who lost homes in this summer’s wildfires are being promised help from government to rebuild, but nothing is assured. Case in point is in Lytton, where more than two years after the village was wiped out by fire, almost nothing has been rebuilt.
