Saint John Police looking to purchase ‘beanbag guns’ as non-lethal tool

The Saint John Police Force has trained 16 officers to use what is known as “beanbag guns.” It’s a less lethal option for officers on the frontlines. Researchers say this is part of an expanding toolkit used by law enforcement. Nathalie Sturgeon has that story.
