Emotions run high as long lines continue at West Kelowna ESS

There’s been an outpouring of support for evacuees in the central Okanagan but, with the sheer number of displaced residents needing help Emergency Support Services are backlogged and the waits are longer than many would expect. But as Sydney Morton reports, steps are being taken to speed up the process.
