The McDougall Creek Fire is bringing back many memories for people in Kelowna about the 2003 Okanagan Mountain Fire that burned 239 homes. It also began this week in August caused by a lightning strike. For those that lived through it 20 years ago, the comparison is top of mind. John hua explains.
