On the last weekend of August, Parks Canada is bringing back the Lock & Paddle event at the Peterborough Lift Lock. It’s the first time the event has been held since 2019, and this year’s theme is “Lift Your Spirits”. Tricia Mason checked in with Karen Feeley, acting External Relations Manager for Parks Canada, to learn a little bit more about the event.
