Russian forces attacked Ukraine’s Danube ports overnight — its seventh in just one month — damaging warehouses and grain silos, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. In response, Zelenskyy says the ‘terrorist” attack “is a blow to world food prices” as well as to “social and political stability in Africa (and) Asia.”
