Canadian government launches recognized employer pilot for temporary foreign workers

Canada’s Employment Minister Randy Boissonnault announced Tuesday that the federal government is launching a new three-year pilot for “trusted” employers to make it easier to bring in temporary foreign employers. Applications will open in September, first with employers in agriculture, and then opening to all others in January.
