A red statue of Russian President Vladimir Putin riding a tank appeared at a park playground in Rome, Italy on Thursday. The effigy was created to highlight what sculptor James Colomina says is Putin’s childish and dangerous behaviour amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
