Residents in the western sector of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce are calling out the City of Montreal for abandoning them. Hundreds of homes were flooded three weeks ago following torrential rains. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, people living there complain they’re not getting any answers from the city to help prevent this from happening again.
