Montreal banned them but now shared e-scooters are back – this time on the streets of Laval

They got a really bad rap in Montreal, but Laval believes shared e-scooters can work in its territory. A new pilot project is bringing the controversial mode of transport to the city for three years. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, the scooter companies say new technology will help stop people from breaking the rules.
