Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Friday the federal government would invest $1.28 billion dollars on the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM), Montreal’s new light-rail system. He said the government would put an additional $300 million toward the construction of the REM station at the Montréal–Trudeau International Airport.
