An Arizona teenager who vanished without a trace when she was 14 years old has turned up safe at a police station after being missing for nearly four years, police said. Alicia Navarro, now 18, of Glendale, Ariz., showed up alone this week in a small Montana town about 64 km from the Canadian border and identified herself.
