Saskatchewan NDP Leader Carla Beck called on the province to prioritize hiring workers from within Saskatchewan on Tuesday. Beck said, "Under Scott Moe, we have seen the worst job record in the country and 90 per cent of people are finding it harder to put food on the table than a year ago."
