Edmontonians adjusting to new single-use item rules

In the city of Edmonton, as of July 1, single-use plastic shopping bags can no longer be handed out, and businesses must charge at least 15 cents for a paper shopping bag and at least $1 for a new reusable shopping bag. Morgan Black finds out how consumers and stores are adapting.
