City of Kelowna addresses downtown safety concerns

It is a concern for most if not all downtown Kelowna business owners — crime. And today the topic was front and centre at a Chamber breakfast event as city staff outlined how it plans to tackle the problem and as Jayden Wasney reports, the city believes it does have some tangible solutions to a very complex problem.
