Providing a weather forecast for Ontario and Quebec on Wednesday, Environment Canada meteorologist Steven Flisfeder said that there was a “chance of showers” for southern and eastern Quebec as well as northern and Southern Ontario in the coming days, but that the rain amounts are “not expected to be significant over the active fire areas.”
