Canada’s Immigration Minister Sean Fraser announced Wednesday that the country is expanding immigration for people in the health-care sector. He said on June 28, Canada will issue 500 invitations to apply initially, and within the week, 1,500 more. The goal is to double the number of health-care workers to come through the federal express entry system as soon as this year.
