RCMP Supt. Kent Osmond said on Saturday that the lack of bodies following what the U.S. Coast Guard said was a “catastrophic implosion” of the Titan submersible was “less of a hindrance” than it would be in other investigations. He said rather than investigating the outcome, the RCMP is investigating what led to the deaths.
