Survey: First-time buyers getting help to pay their mortgage

More and more first-time homebuyers in Canada are relying on help from their parents and grandparents to come up with a downpayment – and help with their mortgage payments. That’s according to a new study by Royal Lepage. As Aaron McArthur reports, realtors are seeing a lot of changes when it comes to first- time buyers.
