At least 20 people were shot, one fatally, at a Juneteenth celebration outside Chicago shortly after midnight on Sunday, according to DuPage County Sheriff’s Office. The celebration attracted a large group of people that had gathered at a parking lot in Willowbrook, Illinois, 39 km outside of Chicago, authorities said.
