Winnipeg police Const. Claude Chancey responded to questions on Friday regarding a stabbing attack at an Olive Garden on Lagimodiere Boulevard and Reenders Drive in Transcona. Chancey said the individual in custody, Robert Alan Ingram, 27, was previously known to police and there is no evidence indicating the victim, 18, had any lengthy interaction with the accused.
