Many small businesses took a huge hit during the pandemic. Now, what kept them open during those tough times has become another source of stress. The deadline to repay emergency loans is looming and the Canadian Federation of Independent Business is calling on the government to take action. ‘Global News at Noon Edmonton’ talked to Alberta Senior Policy Analyst Andrew Sennyah about who is struggling and why.
