B.C. government offers help to address Surrey Memorial staffing crisis

The province is promising a number of fixes to alleviate the staffing and congestion crisis at Surrey Memorial Hospital. It comes after a number of ER physicians went public with their frustrations. Global News Morning speaks with Dr. Michael Howlett of the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians about the proposed changes, and whether they will be enough to address the healthcare crisis.
