Darrell Warren, president of the William Whyte Neighbourhood Association, stood in front of the rubble left behind from one of the city's latest vacant house fires on Manitoba Avenue Monday. Warren said action needs to be taken against vacant homes to prevent more fires and keep the neighbourhood safe.

Darrell Warren, president of the William Whyte Neighbourhood Association, stood in front of the rubble left behind from one of the city's latest vacant house fires on Manitoba Avenue Monday. Warren said action needs to be taken against vacant homes to prevent more fires and keep the neighbourhood safe.
