Wildfires in Canada: Poilievre asked about national firefighting service

Asked whether he thinks Canada needs a national firefighting service amid wildfires raging across the country, Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre said on Monday he believes the nation must pull out all the stops to tame the blazes, but stopped short of stating whether a Poilievre government would create the service, if elected.
