Community fishery Skipper Otto, Indigenous fisherman call foul on DFO after large-scale halibut seizure

A Lower Mainland community-supported fishery and an Indigenous fisherman are at a loss after thousands of pounds of recently caught fish were seized by officers with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.
