Bill 96: Quebec’s new language law prompts stricter communication, less accessible services

Bill 96 was passed to help slow the decline of the French language across Quebec, however, it’s making life for English speakers tougher as services — including schools and helplines — are required, in most cases, to communicate in French only. Dan Spector reports.
