A Vancouver woman has only been a dog owner for three weeks, but she’s already learning how careless some people can be. Ally Woodgate was walking her puppy in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood this week when the dog bit into a pizza crust with open safety pins sticking out of it. Janet Brown has more.
