Erin O’Toole, former leader of the Conservative Party of Canada (CPC), said Tuesday as the House of Commons debated an NDP opposition motion pushing for David Johnston to be removed as special rapporteur, that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) had informed him of a voter suppression campaign by China against him and his party in the 2021 election.
