After negotiating well into the night, WestJet and the pilots union reached a deal to avert a strike. That means 1,800 Swoop and WestJet pilots won’t be walking off the job Friday morning. But as Michael King reports, there are still delays and cancellations as the Calgary-based airline gets back to full service.
