Vernon pursuing ‘kill to scare’ program for nuisance geese

Vernon’s extensive goose control efforts already include solar lights, a dog for hazing as well as regularly sweeping up droppings. Now the city is pursuing adding a kill to scare program to address nuisance geese. However, as Megan Turcato reports, the proposal remains controversial.
