Montreal opposition says City needs to step up flood prevention in borouoghs

Elected officials from flood-prone boroughs are calling out the City of Montreal for a lack of leadership and support over the last few weeks. They say more help was needed from the Plante administration and more will be needed going forward. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
