‘Time is of the essence’: $50,000 reward still outstanding on 10-year anniversary of Lorraine Roach’s disappearance

OPP say Lorraine Roach’s disappearance remains a missing person’s case, because no body – or pathology evidence suggesting something like a homicide – was found.
Even though the 58-year-old Selwyn woman is presumed to be dead, that doesn’t mean her family can find closure – especially as they spend another Mother’s Day without Lorraine … and without answers.
