Nuclear energy mentorship workshop brings Indigenous girls to STEM opportunities

An intensive 4-day mentoring workshop has come to Peterborough. It’s a first-time stop in Canada:
but the Nuclear Energy Agency International Mentor Workshop has touched down in countries such as Japan, France, Kenya Spain and the UK. Camped out at Trent University, the workshop focused on supporting indigenous girls as they investigate education and careers STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering Mathematics and consider how indigenous knowledge can weave with industry tech… particularly in field of the nuclear energy.
