Quebec Anglophones concerned over Bill C-13

On the heels of its adoption, some Quebecers are speaking out about Bill C-13. The new proposed Official Languages Act has sparked a debate in the province since its first reading early last year. Language rights activists and even some Quebec Liberal MPs have spoken out against it, saying they’re concerned about what the bill will mean for English-speaking Quebecers. Felicia Parrillo explains.
