Hudson residents fell victim to another spring of flooding as the waters of the Ottawa River spilled over. Dozens of homes were flooded Thursday in the off-island suburb west of Montreal. As Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, water levels are high but the forecast has homeowners cautiously optimistic.
