Peterborough woman returns from Ukraine with adopted dog; stories of resiliency, devastation, humanitarian aid

Chloë Black dropped her job and her apartment to travel to Ukraine for a third time in February, to provide hope and humanitarian aid to those impacted by the Russian invasion.
Two months later, the Peterborough native is now back in our region with first-hand experience in living amid rubble, ongoing airstrikes, and yet resilience from Ukrainians.
Chloë joined Noor Ibrahim on Global News Morning Peterborough with her adopted dog from Ukraine, Dottie, and stories from her latest trip.
