Alberta Crown prosecutors declined to press charges against an Edmonton police officer who kicked an Indigenous teenager in the head, despite the province’s police watchdog suggesting it do so. That day changed the life of Pacey Dumas forever and now, he and his family are speaking out over what they say is a lack of justice. Sarah Reid reports.
