Montana’s House Speaker canceled a Tuesday floor session after seven supporters of Democratic Representative Zooey Zephyr were arrested for interrupting proceedings the day before. The previous week, Zephyr was silenced after her GOP colleagues were allegedly concerned she would not be able to maintain proper decorum during a debate in which she accused them of having “blood on their hands.”
