Reaction to National Guard helping San Francisco fight fentanyl

As toxic drugs continue to kill almost seven people a day in B.C., California’s governor has announced the National Guard will join San Francisco’s fight against fentanyl. What happens in the U.S. city is often seen as a harbinger for Vancouver and as Kristen Robinson reports, critics fear the move will only increase the dangers for a vulnerable population.
