Montrealers in flood-prone areas are living tense moments. Rain is in the forecast this weekend and in Île-Bizard-Sainte-Geneviève sand bags are being handed out to dozens of home owners. Though flooding isn’t expected to be nearly as bad as it was in 2017 and 2019, many don’t feel like they’re out of the woods just yet. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
