A tri-lateral memorandum of understanding was signed in Millbrook First Nation Friday between Mi’kmaq chiefs, the federal government and the provincial government. As Callum Smith reports, it’s aimed at transferring the design and delivery of federal health services to a Mi’kmaq-led health entity in Nova Scotia.
